We are located in the heart of rural Aberdeenshire, which makes us the perfect base for any number of local activities. We are surrounded by beautiful countrside to explore and barely 10 miles from the famous Moray Coast, with its plentiful supply of hidden coves and small fishing villages, including Pennan, the location of filming for the classic film, Local Hero.

We have a number of local tourist features to enjoy, such as the Whisky Trail, Aden Country Park farming museum and heritage centre, Fraserburgh Lighthouse Museum, the Peterhead Maritime Centre and the Macduff Marine Aquarium, to name but a few.

If country sports is your thing, we have plenty of inland fishing venues nearby, and sea fishing on the Moray Coast.

We also boast an excellent variety of shooting facilities, including Roe Deer Pigeon and Game Birds, all conveniently at your fingertips.

We are also ideally located for the visiting golfer, with several world class golf courses just a few miles away at Peterhead, Cruden Bay, Banff and Macduff.
